Ilustration Toward Books It Had to Be You (Weddings by Bella #3)

Bella couldn't be happier that her long-feuding Aunt Rosa and Uncle Lazarro have finally admitted their love for one another and are getting married. Their forties-style wedding is sure to be a night to remember. But when the Rossi house begins to fill up with family from Italy--and an old mobster from New Jersey--life starts to get complicated. Will Lazarro's friend from the past drive the happy couple apart once more? And will Bella ever have time to think of her own rapidly-approaching wedding amidst the chaos?
Full of laugh-out-loud humor, plenty of Italian passion, and a bit of Texas gumption, It Had to Be You is the satisfying conclusion to an entertaining series.

Evaluate Out Of Books It Had to Be You (Weddings by Bella #3)
In November of last year I was introduced to Janice Thompson through her Weddings by Bella series starting with Fools Rush In. Knowing that contemporary fiction is not normally my genre, I was hesitant, but I dove in and was not disappointed. I am simply enthralled by the fun nature of Janice's stories and could not wait for more. In February I was able to continue enjoying this series and Janice's writing in Swinging on a Star. My love for the characters and genre have since grown and I could

Bella and the rest of the Rossi clan return for a third outing of wedding-fueled hilarity in It Had to Be You, the final novel in Janice Thompsons Weddings by Bella series. Bellas beloved Aunt Rosa and Uncle Laz have finally foregone constant feuding in favor of marriage, and tasked Bella with planning an elaborate forties-themed wedding, complete with live swing music. Several long-distance members of the Rossi family descend on the household for the celebration, complicating the wedding

A lot of crazy things keep happening to this drama prone Texas-Italian family, especially while Bella is trying to plan her aunt and uncle's wedding--and her own. Some of it almost seemed over the top--one thing after another after another, but it was still the same fun, light, easy writing style. It was a cute story.

I thoroughly enjoyed this third instalment in the Weddings by Bella series, and can't wait to read the fourth. In the series Janice Thompson has created such a fantastic bunch of characters. I loved seeing Bella and DJ's relationship continuing to develop in the midst of the crazy activity surrounding the wedding of Uncle Laz and Aunt Rosa. As well as the Rossi and Neeley families we also get to meet up with the fabulous larger-than-life Splendora Sisters, and who could forget Guido, the parrot?

Who said life was easy?Bella Rossi is beyond thrilled to be planning her aunt and uncle's wedding as well as her own. But this is the Rossi family so you can expect hilarity and complications galore.Throw in a former mob boss, a missing best friend, a trip to the hospital, and even more family members showing up, Bella has her work cut out for her. This is a clean laugh out loud comedy you'll love. I highly recommend this for all ages.

This book was cheesy, really cheesy. There were some cute and funny lines and I smiled a number of times. Not enough to compensate for the negative thoughts though. It was overly "christian". When Bella was angry, "She thought, 'God I've stepped out from under your anointing.'" I tired of those types of phrases early. When the family was in the middle of "World War 3" (grossly cliche`), Bella tells her fiance, "The worst part is we've lost our witness." Annoying!!The drama was unrealistic, the

Bella and her wacky family and friends are back for one more book! It Had to be You is the third and final book in the Weddings by Bella series.I didn't find this installment in the series to be quite as captivating as the other two. Fools Rush In (1st in the series) was my favorite, Swinging on a Star (2nd in the series) was my 2nd favorite, and then there's the final book, It Had to Be You.Quite a bit of the dialogue and scenarios seemed fairly repetitive through-out the book: Bella worries
