The wise-cracking, snappy-dressing,hilarious skeleton detective and his accomplices never fail to disappoint! Possibly their best, and definitely their most thrilling adventure yet.i hate the cliffhanger at the end of this one.it drove me crazy the first time.i always wondered why that guy was trying to kill her.i skipped this one because my libary didn't have it, i'm kinda sorry about that.

This is the best and most satisfying Skulduggery book I've read thus far! Granted, I've only read three. Derek Landy just keeps upping it with each book! Never a dull moment! Like the second book, the other characters came into their own, and as cool and awesome as Skulduggery P is, he needs people to get his back. It's fantastic with a big F. This series has been my own discovery. Nobody told me about these books. I got one by luck from Amazon. Then read one and instantly knew I would one day have them all in my collection. And I did collect them all eventually. I read only 3 so far and was impressed by them all.
