They have watched over me from the time I was five years old. Protecting me from my mother and her drunken, drug addict rages. When they made it big they still watched over me. And when my monster of a mother died they took over as my guardians. In the six years since that happened I have watched over the four men that mean everything to me. I take care of them just as they once took care of me. I handle all the dirty work behind the scenes of a rockers life. It isn’t always pretty. At times it came be damn near disgusting, especially when I have to get rid of their one night stands. Ugh! Taking care of them doesn’t bother me though. I mean it’s not like I’m in love with one of them. That would be crazy. Falling for a rocker is NOT smart. Okay, so I’m not smart. I love my guys, and one of them kind of holds my heart in his big old rocker hand. But I’m dealing. I’ve been able to keep it my little secret for years now. I’m not, however, dealing with this bug that I seem to have caught. It scares the hell out of me. I hate doctors, but I’m suddenly more worried about finding out what is wrong with me than what the doctor might do to me. When I get my test results back my life will never be the same again… ***Because of language and adult situations not suitable for readers under 17***

*Spoilers or not spoilers*I don't relly think this book was that great. Who writes a book that short?? It was 90 pages top!! My cousin could've definately read it in half in hour. If you want your readers to enjoy your work, give them something longer than a magazine article. Other writers acomplished longer books, and they turned out great. Look at Harry Potter and Throne of Glass, great books with a great number of numbers (on the pages) Anyway. This book was highly predictable, as were theEmmie is a broken and battered little girl. Drink and drugs are more important to her mother than anyone or anything. Her only stability throughout her childhood was the older boys who lived in the trailers near her. 10 years her senior, Nik, Jesse, Drake and Shane, took her in and claimed her as theirs, looking after her as though she was their little sister.'They saw me when I was 5, took me under their wing, protected me even though they were 10 years older than me. These guys were my family
This is a short yet satisfying read. It's about a girl who has been dealt with a bad hand in the past. She had heroes though and oh! What a surprise for heroes! :) This book fictionally proves that Rockstars can be heroes literally too! They took her in for years. No one had a clue that she fell for one of them.Until everything comes crashing into them. :) Beautiful crash, if I may say so myself.This book is fast paced and definitely satisfying. Short, but totally sweet at every turn. :) I
The basic idea is not bad and the writing either, but the story is too short and some key points are rushly addressed or not at all in my opinion. More than once I've had the impression that the characters know things we readers don't know but we are talked about them and at a certain point I checked to see if there was a previous story to the book to be sure I was not missing something. For example when they talk about Axton's involvement with Gabriella (Brie) or Gabriella's cousin Alexis. It
Way too short and lacked depth as a result. Shame 'cause I liked the characters and the premise but it only scratched the surface and I felt no emotional connection with the story and no investment with the characters. Won't be continuing.Actual 2.5 stars.
2 Slow Stars Love Drama and I really don't,well usually,mind Insta-love..but for some reason the concept just didn't work out for these two.More than the story,It was the characters that I wasn't really impressed with.. :/ Won't be reading the sequal,Sorry. And No,wouldn't recommend it either..
Such a great book ,It's a shame this isn't a series I would Love to get to know more about the band members Because they all sound amazing ...This book has a Sexy,caring : Amazing Characters ,,, I Loved how protective the guys are ... and how much they care for Emmie ,,,and I just ...So ... Yeaaaaaah ... I wish there was more :(
